Great epoxy for working with at room temperature or accelerated or heated cure. Excellent clarity, UV stabilility, Low yellowing,Long room temp working time.
Fast Cure: mix: 100:47g. (4 hr tack free time, 21 min pot life)
Slow Cure: mix 100:44g. (8 hr tack free time. 40min pot life.)

 

Make sure you use a digital scale. Mix by weight.

Make sure you use gloves.

Tip 1: Mix a pot of 200-300mL of epoxy at the time. Dont mix much more then this. Stir well for 2min with your hand, scrape the edges. The mix can become a bit hot, this is normal. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes for air to escape!

Tip 2: make sure you are protected with gloves as skin contact it the worst exposure.

Tip 3: If any crystals are present in the Resin, please make a warm water bath (about 50C or above should do, in production the resin is heated to 100 degrees so no worries) and place the Resin container in the warm water and stir til crystals are gone. This is normal for some Resins. Let it cool down before use! Do this before mixing!

Viscosity (A/B/Mixed, cPs, @25°C):1850/500/1030
Fast Cure: mix: 100:47g. (4 hr tack free time, 21 min pot life)

It is recommended if cured at room temperature, to post cure the product at elevated temperature for some time (25degree at 7days or 35 degree at 1day etc.)
