I'm only allowed to attach one image file it looks like, but here is a pair in use on Mt Hood, Oregon
I've been building full sandwich construction: Full paulownia core, carbon/glass hybrid layup, silkscreened graphics, and the thin .9mm edge/base material available on junksupply.
This has given very low weights, but the skis still perform quite well. And hold an edge under stress, and at speed.

Sounds and looks great! The maximum upload size is now set to 20MB, if you downsize your images you should be able to upload quite a few. Would be nice to see few more.
One question, using Paulownia core, what do you do in the binding area to avoid the screws from pulling out?
