Extruded HDPE ptex base
Extruded Base for diy skis and snowboard – HDPE base. The extruded base is manufactured by extrusion and melting, so it is not welded and does not warp. It is cheaper however it offers less performance and durability compared to sintered ski and snowboard bases. Still it can be easily repaired with melting method and requires less waxing!
As with all of our ski and snowboard materials, the base materials is ready to be used with epoxy.
