Thick and durable crosslinked base Is6000. The molecular structure is getting crosslinked in a separate process in order to achieve similar properties compared to sintered bases. Used for among other wakeboard grind base.

Description

IS crosslinked base IS 6000 TD Isosport. It is modified and stabilized for sublimation/graphics transfer. It is Clear.

This is high quality and durable crosslinked base. Very close to sintered. More durable can not be produced by Isosport for wakeboards.

It is the toughest base Isosport can produce in this width. It is custom produced and therefore limited quantity.

The molecular structure is getting crosslinked in a separate process in order to achieve similar properties compared to sintered bases.

Base is sanded and flamed on both sides. Make sure you use outer side as epoxy side!!!

This base will fit with slim 0.9mm step edges.

0.8mm thick is the new thickness, it is less heavy then 1.0mm and more durable then the old 0.6mm. It works for some wakeparks and well for heavy duty kiteboards. However if you absolutelly require a sintered base, then you would have to connect two 1.2mm thick, 7200 or 7500 sintered bases (320mm wide).

Recomandations from Isosport on sublimation, but this can be experimented with to get best results.
