This is high quality and durable Sintered UHME-PE base.
Transparent wakeboard bases made of UHMW-PE which are first pressed into blocks
in a special ram sintering process and then skived into films. This very even process ensures a
number of positive properties:
• a very homogeneous material distribution and uniform performance;
• very good sliding properties in water and on artificial obstacles;
• High wear resistance;
• Good wax absorption;
• The coverings are sanded and flame-treated in order to achieve better adhesion when gluing.
Wakeboard and water ski coverings have a high molecular weight of approx. 5.0
million g / mol and very good wear resistance. With it you glide very well over obstacles and you
can reach high speeds. The wear is significantly lower compared to other coverings.
Wakeboard and water ski surfaces are manufactured without fluorine additives.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Areas of application for this product are, for example:
– wakeboards
– water skiing
– Applications where very good sliding properties are required.
Graphics with Sublimation. If UV or Latex printing is only option, do tests with primer first.
