ABS Sidewalls for Skis, snowboard and kiteboard

Black, white, blue,  Fluorescent orange, Fluorescent yellow or Fluorescent green ABS sidewall.

Specially modified ABS types (ID 2300) are used for the thermoplastic materials. These universally usable materials meet the important criteria for sidewalls, such as good bondability and low-temperature impact strength. They also impress with their high temperature stability, which is essential in the press processing of ski construction. Specification is below.

ABS Sidewalls for Skis, snowboard and kiteboard

Black, white, blue,  bright orange, bright yellow or bright green ABS sidewall.

Modified thermoplastic Isosport ABS sidewalls ID2300. Specially formulated for ski and snowboards, therefor also suitable for kiteboards and wakeboards.

Sanded and flamed on 2 sides, ready for use.

Instructions: Take the sanded and flamed (rough) side and epoxy it to the wood core. Clamp it down 24h. Then after machining the wood core along with the sidewall, you should again threat the sidewall top and bottom so it sticks well to the epoxy and other layers. Please read,
