IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!

WHEN YOU ARE RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE, MAKE SURE  YOU INSPECT IT BEFORE ACCEPTING IT, AND ASK TO SIGN THE FORM OF RECEPTION(AS A PAPER FORM OR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE)!

  • IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED YOU HAVE A RIGHT AND SHOULD CONSIDER TO REFUSE IT.
  • IF THE PACKAGE IS WRONG ONE, AND NOT FROM US, YOU SHOULD REFUSE IT!

We offer 14 days return policy for goods in original state, please read more below.

If a package arrives broken, again glued, dented, cracked, suspicious, etc., please immediately write down a complaint, with the signature, with the driver. This way, it will be easier to have a case and get reclamation.

IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED by the shipping company you have to do the following!

1) MAKE SURE YOU ARE THE ONE WHO RECEIVES THE PACKAGE. YOU HAVE TO INSPECT THE PACKAGE BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT!

2) IF THE GOODS/PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, MAKE ORAL COMPLAINT TO THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE ON THE COMPLAINT OF THE DAMAGE. MAKE SURE THEY PUT THE COMPLAINT IN THE SYSTEM THAT VERY MOMENT. TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS YOU CAN RIGHT AWAY! NOT 1 WEEK AFTER!!!

IN CASE SOMEONE ELSE RECEIVES YOUR PACKAGE YOU HAVE TO INSTRUCT THE PERSON TO DO IT CORRECTLY!!!

IF THE PACKAGE IS SOMEHOW MISSING SOME GOODS, OR EVEN IF THE PACKAGE CONTENT IS WRONG,

a) NOTE THAT WE TAKE PICTURES OF CONTENT BEFORE SHIPPING, AND KEEP AN LIST OF PACKAGING, HOWEVER SOMETIMES MISTAKES HAPPEN, WE ARE SORRY AND WE DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU.

b) YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO SEND THE GOODS BACK ON OWN COST, WE WILL INSPECT AND ONCE WE INSPECT WE WILL SEND YOU NEW GOODS.

IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR GOODS ARE MISSING, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES IF POSSIBLE IF DAMAGED AND CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PREFERABLY THE SAME DAY!!!

IF LOST, WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FORWARDER TO ACCEPT THAT IT IS LOST AND WE WILL SEND YOU NEW GOODS. KEEP IN MIND WE CANT JUST GET REFUND FROM FORWARER, ITS A LONG PROCESS, AND IN THE END WHEN THEY ACCEPT THAT THE PACKAGE IS LOST, THEY WILL ONLY REFUND US BY KG. SO WE WILL GET  A FRACTION OF REFUND!

NO LONGER THEN 24 h SUPPORTED WITH PICTURES!!!

THERE IS A 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY, THE BUYER CAN RETURN THE GOODS IN ORIGINAL STATE. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING BACK!

HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE MAKING A FALSE COMPLAINT, YOU WILL BE REPORTED, BANNED FROM THE SHOP AND NO LONGER WELCOME!

THESE STEPS ARE MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THEM IN ORDER TO GET COMPENSATED.
