Specially modified ABS types (ID 2300) are used for the thermoplastic materials. These universally usable materials meet the important criteria for sidewalls, such as good bondability and low-temperature impact strength. Carbon Heat Set Woven Unidirectionals are produced with unidirectional carbon fibres in the warp and very lightweight thermoplastic fibres in the weft. The thermoplastic fibres are fused to create a stable fabric that is very stable and easy to handle and cut. These fabrics are excellent for wet lay up and wet preg applications.

The thinner version 0.4mm, can be used as a topsheet also.
Ideal for wakeboard grind base or a lite weight ski or snowboard/splitboard or powsurf. 0.9mm step edges fit for the 0.9mm base.

Gives a bit softer ride and is less durable then PA topsheet, as reflected in the price, but still great durability.
Due to low Vicat temperature, this topsheet is not flamed nor sanded, it is ionized, and also can not be sublimated.
Epoxy Side: Inside of the roll, unless it has protective film, please check.
Protective foil should not be removed until your product is complete!
Corona treated on the epoxy side (this looks like a very smooth glossy side).
PS: Please before using check if your topsheet has protective film on the outside. We try as often as we can to get topsheet with protective film but some batches do not have it. In this case you can tape the topside of your topsheet with clear application tape (ebay) or contact paper for protection of needed.

ICP 8210 is tough, durable topsheet. It is harder then TPU/ABS and higher quality. Highest quality topsheet on the market. It is partly from recycled material.
Suitable for sublimation / thermal transfer.
